It’s been a rather long couple of days, and I suppose the situation has me feeling a little more introspective than usual. I don’t like to put a whole lot of thought into how I’m feeling at any given moment. If you have to think about it, it usually means that something’s not right. Ethical Eating?

This week ‘Pagan Blog Prompts’ question was: “Ethical Eating; How does your faith guide you in how you buy and eat food? Do your beliefs even have anything to do with how you eat?”

Now it got me to thinking about the topic, and I don’t think that many people actually spend any considerable amount of time thinking about this subject, unless they’ve made a conscious decision to be vegetarian or vegan, etc. I know that it’s not a topic that I don’t give much thought. A question that I’ve heard a few times today.

How did you know? How did you know about my gift? How did you know that I was toasted? How did you know?

Lol, Honestly, it makes me giggle when I hear it. How did I know? Hmmm… I suppose that it could be that I’m observant? Hell, I’ve had enough readings tell me that I need to pay attention to the signs around me. Or that I need to rely on my instincts.

Magical Names?

Magical Names, a subject that I ran across a few years ago when I got fairly active on the internet and pagan topics. I felt to myself, what’s the point? Why bother? Is it really that big of a deal.

I decided that no, it really wasnt’. I mean really, ‘What’s in a name? that which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet’ -Shakespeare.
